15:06 GMT After yesterday's outage we are now facing an intermittent mysql database error. We are currently working on the issue and will provide a restoration time as soon as possible.
19:38 GMT We have now diagnosed the Mysql problem and expect full service to be resumed in the next 2 to 3 hours. This problem is only affecting customers on GLS UK 1 Shared hosting services
03:09 GMT We are still having further issues with Mysql connectivity a further update will be provided shortly.
05:12 GMT We have now made a hardware change and are in the process of bringing the database back online, estimated rebuild time is 6-7 hours which will take us to around lunch time. We apologise for this prolonged period of downtime and we are working as fast as possible to reinstate service.
15:36 GMT The MySql issue has now been resolved there are a handful of accounts that need to be restored manually from backup. If you have not been contacted then you are not affected.
